Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C / 350°F/ Gas Mark 4.
2. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
3. Grate the carrot and apple.
4. Mix all of the ingredients together. Add extra bread crumbs if the mixture is too wet.
5. Roll a tablespoon of the mixture into balls and place on the tray – spacing well apart.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they begin to brown at the edges.
7. Will keep in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
Storage
Suitable for freezing.
