Boiled Egg & Soldiers

Makes 1 toddler portion.

Prep: 2 mins Cooking 5 mins

Source of: Protein / Phosphorous / Idoine / Vitamin D

Method

1. Fill half a saucepan with boiled water and place on hob and continue to boil.
2. Using a spoon place the egg in the saucepan and allow to boil for 4 minutes.
3. Toast bread and spread butter.
4. Allow egg to cool and cut toast into 'soldiers'.

Storage

Not suitable for freezing.
