Method
1. Place oats and milk in pot over a medium heat.
2. Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes stirring frequently until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Peel and coarsely grate or chop the apple and add to the mixture along with most of the honey (if using).
4. Add most of the blackberries and roughly squash and stir into the mix.
5. Serve immediately with the remaining blackberries (chopped) and drizzle over any remaining honey.
