3 ingredient fruit smoothie

Makes 3 toddler portions.

Prep: 5 mins

Method

1. Add banana, berries and yogurt to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend on high power until desired smoothie texture and consistency is achieved.
3. Serve immediately.

*The FSAI advises that all imported frozen berries should be boiled for one minute before consumption. Freezing can preserve viruses such as norovirus and hepatitis A.

Storage

Not suitable for freezing.

Adding a small amount of spinach will not only boost nutrition but your toddler will love the colour change.
